A nice, quiet, romantic town.
Romantic kind of surroundings.

What was different was the view of intense green countryside from the window, and yet the hotel was very convenient.
The restaurant was poor - puke-in-the-night poor- and expensive. Even the breakfast could not be commended.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a good stay. The hotel property was ideal with quiet location really close to a monument, the center of Burgos and the ferry at Santander. The most important was the staff - very helpful and knowledgeable people. The service here was great. Took the advantage of the parking onsite: )

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff was friendly, helping us with our luggage and offering assistance with directions. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. Plus, the hotel offered free parking, which was a nice bonus.
The New Year's Eve dinner was a huge disappointment. The food was of poor quality and poorly presented, with limited options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant. The lamb dish they prepared was out of this world! The chefs cooked it to perfection and it was simply amazing. I also enjoyed the beautiful park walks near the University and the lovely walks by the river. The shade from the trees was a lifesaver on hot days. Plus, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants to stop at along the way. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, delicious food, and convenient location near the university and river.

The bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center or along the river. Another positive aspect was the friendly staff, always available to help with any issue.
The breakfast selection was limited and not very appealing. The staff could have done a better job of communicating what was available and how to order.
